For Indian staffing agencies
Drop a CV. Uruthi checks every role against the company registry and the CV’s own dates and marks what doesn’t add up. The rest stays their word until the candidate’s own records prove it and it checks out. Every mark has its receipt.

The introduction
Every introduction is a request on the candidate’s phone, naming the company — like approving a UPI payment. If another agency already introduced them there, the candidate sees it first, and you’re told only “already represented” — never by whom. When they say yes, the moment is sealed: your proof of introduction, with a time on it, that the client can check in their own browser.

The Proof Call
Three questions written from the candidate’s own CV — “at Meridian, what broke first when you moved settlement to Kafka?” Recorded on their phone, transcribed, and pinned beside the lines they speak to. Your client watches the moment instead of reading a claim. The candidate adds their EPFO passbook once, and the roles it proves turn green in every agency’s copy.
Uruthi never grades anyone. It shows what was said and what the records say. The client decides.

The Chain
In 2025 a friend sat a candidate’s virtual interview at Infosys. The candidate came through a staffing vendor, got the offer, and was caught fifteen days after joining. 1 With Uruthi, the candidate checks in for five seconds before the interview and on joining day. The faces sit side by side, in words — “looks like the same person” or “doesn’t” — for a human to act on. Never an automatic rejection.

From the sample agency. The faces are AI-generated; no real person is shown.
What your client gets
The hiring manager opens a lineup of people who each approved the introduction, every CV fact-checked, every seal checkable by pressing and holding the stamp — their browser recomputes it. One decision per person: interview, or pass. You see the moment they open it.

Why agencies pay for it
A client pays you to take the risk out of a hire. Every leak in that fee is a moment your word wasn’t enough: the fake that costs a free replacement, the duplicate that starts a fee dispute, the proxy found after joining. Uruthi turns your word into proof a client can check without trusting you.
Neutrality. A proof you write about your own candidate carries no weight with your client. A seal from a third party — checkable by anyone — does.
The candidate carries it. The duplicate check works because the candidate holds one ledger across every agency. No single agency can build that; no agency’s data ever crosses to another.
The hard parts are done. Registry and EPFO checks, face gates, sealing, DPDP consent and erasure — built, tested and kept current, for less than one lost fee a year.
